Phil's Service

Was given one estimate. Bought car there and I was given a higher estimate once I got there. They refused to honor the estimate that they had on paper so I end up leaving and getting my car fixed for half the price

I had a great experience at Phil’s Service. They repair some aviator door, service port, and replaced freon. Their prices were very affordable, and they got my vehicle repaired much faster than I expected. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Excellent customer service, quality work, and quick turnaround make this a shop I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto repairs in the Killeen area.

My experience with Phil's Auto Service was mixed. On the positive side, the customer service was good, and Shelly did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I appreciated the communication and professionalism. The main issue for me was the amount of time it took to get my vehicle back due to a part that was needed. While I understand that parts delays can happen, the overall turnaround time was longer than I expected. In comparison, when I've taken my Land Rover to the dealership in Austin, repairs have generally been completed much faster, and they provide a loaner vehicle, which makes the inconvenience much easier to manage. While the staff was courteous and helpful, the extended wait time ultimately impacted my overall experience. For my future service needs, I'll likely continue using the Land Rover dealership rather than a local independent shop.

"I can't say enough good things about Phil's Service. I came in for a tires and was impressed by how thorough they were. They went over prices and brands. It's rare to find a shop that treats its customers this well. Thank you, Sally, for the peace of mind! Highly recommend.
